I am currently a graduate student at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism in Chicago.
I received my Bachelor’s in Communications from Saint Leo University in Tampa, Florida, where I was a member of the No. 1 Division II golf team in the country. In 2016, my team won the first National Championship of any program in Saint Leo’s 130 year history. In 2017, I was named a Cleveland/Srixon Academic All-American.
Following graduation I interned at New England Sports Network (NESN) in Watertown, Massachusetts. I assisted the marketing, communications, public relations and creative services staff throughout the Red Sox season.
In January of 2018, I began working for DMVStream.Com in Fairfax, Virginia. There I covered prep basketball and lacrosse throughout the entire D.C./Maryland/Virginia area. I also co-produced and hosted “The PrepZone,” a weekly public television show in Fairfax covering all the top high school and local professional sports news in the area.
In June, I moved to Chicago to begin my Masters program, specializing in sports journalism. I am expected to complete my degree in June of 2019.
